Cecil County Genealogy

I'm interested in collaborating about the families and history of the area between the Chesapeake Bay and the Delaware River, particularly in the 1600 and 1700s.

If you're interested in editing a page or creating your own please feel free to do so.

1. On the right, click on the Quick Start tab you want to learn how to make changes or add pages. I updated the links on the Quick Start tab on 6/22/08 to make it easier for yu to learn how to use the wiki.
2. Click on the Sidebar tab if you want to see a basic table of contents.
3. Click on the Recent Activity tab if you want to see who has been making changes and what they've done.

PBwiki now supports footnotes. Whether you’re using PBwiki for research, collaborative writing, or organization, there are always lots of little details that you need to keep track of — places where sticking little snippets of text and references would be handy. [Please note that I haven't started using this yet but plan to. This is a good way for us to document items we put in the wiki. Feel free to try it if you add anything.]

Here’s a quick sample:

To insert a footnote: Click Insert Plugin >> PBwiki Magic >> Footnote. Insert as many footnotes as you need.
